I’m in the middle of coding the XHTML and CSS for The Chapel’s new website, launching this fall.
I’m really stoked about using a handful of CSS3 properties to “progressively enhance” my design.
Progressive enhancement will need to be used because IE users make up 66% of total visitors to the Chapel’s current website:
- 7.0 = 61%
- 8.0 = 20%
- 6.0 = 19%
Through my experience this week, I now feel comfortable with presenting the top four things I like about IE6, 7, and 8.
1.
2.
3.
4.

i thank God for IE.
Why did you stop at four? There are tons similarly valid reasons to LOVE IE
