Josh Blankenship and the good folks at New Spring have put together a well-designed annual report.
There are moments when I look at someone else’s design and feel like retiring because it’s just that good, and I need to stop trying. You know what I mean? Though few and far between, this design definitely qualifies as one of those moments.

Blankenship tweeted “Don’t worry, I’ve already apologized to @feltron for copping his style,” when announcing the report was live. He was referencing being inspired by the work of designer Nicholas Feltron.
No matter how much inspiration he got from Feltron, this design stands up on its on. I’m already thinking outside the box for next year’s annual report at The Chapel. What about you?

I’ve been checking out the job postings for youth pastor positions on youthspecialties.com and churchstaffing.com.
Just let me tell you that churches like Newspring might be well known amongst the pastor/church blogging communities, but most people in the US have ZERO idea that a church can have good design.
